Due to the progressing nature of this development, the client required our services at a number of locations and at relatively short notice.

For the property displayed, we were required to complete the work to exceptional standards; all walls & woodwork were given a minimum of 4 and in some cases 5 coats of paint to achieve the highest quality finish.

Unpainted woodwork was treated with wood dye to the depth of colour required; the whole surface area was then carefully denibbed with wire wool before 4 coats of Danish oil were applied. Each application was allowed to dry thoroughly then honed with fine sandpaper to create a deep lustre finish.
